WEIGHT AND BOLEADO
For the boleado (heñido) of dough AYMI sells two types of machines: the belt steer and the conical heñidora.
THE BAND HEIER: TO BOLEAR SOFT MASSES
- Two available lengths, 1400mm and 1900mm
- Suitable for doughs between 65 and 90 liters of water per 100kg of flour.
- Speed drive.
- Up to 2kg.
- Angle between the two bands adjustable to fit the size of the pieces to be boled.
- Optionally you can install a flour flourer, recommended for highly hydrated doughs.
