CONICAL HEIDORAS

For the boleado (heñido) of dough AYMI sells two types of machines: the belt steer and the conical heñidora.

Characteristics

  • Suitable for doughs between 45 and 60 liters of water per 100kg of flour.
  • Suitable for parts from 100 to 2000g.
  • Channels coated with non-stick Teflon.
  • Adjustable flour at the exit.
  • Power: 0.8 Kw.
  • Dimensions: 90x90x140cm.
  • Load height: 85cm.
  • Cone coated with non-stick Teflon (optional).
  • Hot air blowers (optional).
  • Conveyor belt at the exit (optional).
